Snapseed (from NiK software) is one of the latest photo editing apps I've found. Because the basic camera in a smartphone is so limited, the pixels it produces need to be digitally enhanced to create the look and feel of certain images (think "Bladerunner" special effects).
Snapseed works with a "mindset" which matches the intuitive and creative processes involved where a more liberal approach to bending photography is needed than those used in classic, industry-standard software.
I could have made this image using traditional professional equipment and techniques, but that's not what Phi One is about. Here is purely for quick, simple and easy fun with a phone camera.
