Dave and I were mooching around at the top end of Totnes, looking at some of the brighter colour schemes, when this jazzy corner jumped out at us. I was immediately reminded me of Bluesmama’s leafy shed shot, so I made this picture for her.
Give two photographers the same cameras, lighting, subject and time and you’ll almost certainly get two different pictures. This is the strongest evidence I have to argue for photography as a creative medium. The eye of the photographer makes the picture. The camera merely records it.
I so agree, B. And it is the eye of the beholder to make something else of it.
